Just a little exciting update for you all on our AI Monitoring Tool offering!
We’re now two years into our R&D journey, developing a system that collects large volumes of data from Water Chillers and ASHPs, transmits it to our servers, and performs in-depth diagnostic and statistical analysis.
We still have a little way to go with our AI training — mainly waiting for more seasonal data to feed into the model — but progress is strong. Below is a sneak preview of our dashboards, designed to visually highlight inefficiencies and operational trends across the four main components that make up a standard refrigeration system.
We’re entering a truly exciting phase of real-time preventative maintenance monitoring and pre-emptive fault detection for HVAC plant.
As an old industry colleague once joked:
“We’ll soon have an AI agent that tells us a system component is in trouble and asks for help — well before the on board chiller controller even raises a critical alarm.”
 Well… I told him today, we’re almost there.
