ABOUT THIS PROJECT

Working on behalf of the incumbent HVAC Maintenance Contractor, we were asked to carry out the routine Preventative Maintenance Tasks on several Panasonic Gas Engine VRF Units. These engines require regular 10,000 Hour interval inspections and service kit replacements.

A typical service would include 60 Litres of Engine Oil, Spark Plugs, Oil & Air Filters, Belt and Neutraliser Box Filters. On one of the units we serviced, it became apparent that the Engine Head required additional works where the Tappets, Cam Shaft and seals were replaced, re-lapped in and installed back onto the motor.
