
CAREL CONTROLLER RETROFITTED TO CIAT CHILLER
We attended to an emergency callout on the Tenants Ciat Chiller; Ted Baker HQ. The call was that the Comfort Cooling Chiller was not working and without any display on the controller.

We attended to an emergency callout on the Tenants Ciat Chiller; Ted Baker HQ. The call was that the Comfort Cooling Chiller was not working and without any display on the controller.

We attended site by request from the building manager on why newly retrofitted Soft Starter Units failed. The 3rd party installing electrician had installed this new technology on a previously standard motor starter system.

This project encompassed our whole range of services. The overall project was completed via 4 smaller jobs.

Our extensive knowledge and experience on all types of Absorption Chilling was called on when a Carrier Single Stage Absorber had a failed Solution Pump.

We attended site with multiple multi meters and 9 VDC Batteries for testing the SCR’s and IGBT assemblies, a gate switching fault soon became apparent.

Working on behalf of the incumbent Chiller Maintenance Contractor, we were asked to compile an Investigative Report on the above Chiller Plant serving the Energy Centre’s recent High Pressure trips / operation.

We have been asked to compile an investigative quotation into the viability of retrofitting safety flow switches to the Water Hydraulics to each of the 251 Indoor Colt Air-conditioners on site.

Working on behalf of the incumbent Chiller Maintenance Contractor, we were asked to Retrofit a new Sabroe Unisab III Control System to an existing older Sabroe Unisab II System.
